1. Our Data Collection Policy

1.1 No User Data Collection

We do NOT collect:

• Name, email address, or phone number
• User accounts or authentication credentials
• Payment or purchase information
• Device information (model, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Usage data (content viewed, time spent, features used)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)
• Location data

1.2 Local Storage Only

The only data stored on your device is:

• Language preference (e.g., Thai, English)
• Continue watching list (dramas you've watched)
• Your SceneScape Premium status (whether a subscription is active, its plan, and its renewal or expiry date), so ads stay off from the moment the App starts
• When the Premium offer was last shown or dismissed, so the App does not show it too often

This data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Purchases (SceneScape Premium)

SceneScape Premium is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment and keeps the purchase records under Apple's Privacy Policy.

• We do not receive or store your payment details, Apple Account, name, or email address.
• The App checks your subscription status on your device with Apple's StoreKit. Apart from that check with Apple, the App does not send any purchase or subscription information to us or to anyone else.
• Once the App has confirmed that your Premium subscription is active, it stops requesting ads from Google AdMob.

3. Third-Party Services - Google AdMob

3.1 What Google AdMob Collects

Google AdMob may collect:

• Device identifier (advertising ID)
• Approximate location based on IP address
• App usage patterns for ad targeting
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

3.2 Google's Privacy Policy

4. Your Privacy Rights

4.1 AdMob Ad Personalization

On iOS, the App asks for your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before ads may use your device's advertising identifier. If you decline, ads still appear but are not personalized with that identifier. You can change your choice at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → SceneScape
• Android: Google Settings → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Opt out of ads personalization

4.2 Ad Choices

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. Since we do not collect any data, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

6. Data Security

Since SceneScape does not collect or store any user data on our servers, there is no data to secure. All data remains on your device, and purchase records are kept by Apple.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the App.
